How do I become a member of the Foundation?

All Foundation members/groups will be asked to make a monetary donation. In doing so, each member will receive a Foundation card that recognizes their membership for an entire year. If a company or individual joins in December of 2004, their membership will be good until December of 2005. Examples for cards and levels for individual and/or corporate memberships can be seen below:
